AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN STREET RIGHT-OF-
WAY IN MAGNOLIA ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of right-of-way of Felton Street in Magnolia
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
A tract of land located within the right-of-way of Felton
Street in Magnolia Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Starting from the southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter
(NE/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Fourteen (14)
South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian
in Saline County, Kansas; thence on an assumed bearing of
South ninety degrees zero minutes and zero seconds East
(S 90000'00" E) along the south line of said Northeast
Quarter (NE/4) a distance of thirty-three feet (33.00');
thence North zero degrees sixteen minutes and twenty-seven
seconds West (N 00°1627" W) along the east right-of-way of
the Union Pacific Railroad a distance of one thousand three
hundred nineteen and eighty-three hundredths feet (1,319.83');
thence North eighty-nine degrees fifty-eight minutes and
sixteen seconds East (N 89°58116" E) a distance of one
thousand one hundred seventy-eight and ninety-seven hundredths
feet (1,178.97') to the point of beginning; thence North
eighty-nine degrees fifty-eight minutes and sixteen seconds
East (N 89°58'16" E) a distance of fifty-nine and twenty-
three hundredths feet (59.23'); thence along a thirty-two
degree thirty-six minute and nine hundredths seconds (32036'09")
curve to the right a distance of thirty-three and eighty-
eight hundredths feet (33.88'); thence north forty-three
degrees two hundredths minutes and thirty-five seconds West
(N 43002'35" W) a distance of ten feet (10.00'); thence
south forty-six degrees fifty-seven minutes and twenty-five
seconds west (S 46°57'25" W) a distance of forty and thirteen
hundredths feet (40.13'), more or less to the point of
beginning. Said tract contains 0.02 acres, more or less.

Section 2. That the above described street right-of-way, which is
vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owner in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance sha•11 be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
