AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN
GEORGETOWN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That two easements shown on the recorded plat of Georgetown
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and more particularly
described as follows:
All of that certain twenty foot (20') utility easement between
Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Block Sixteen (16), Georgetown
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
and
The East twenty-five feet (25') of the fifty foot (50') pipeline
easement located on Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Sixteen
(16) and Lots One (1) through Seven (7), Block Nineteen (19),
Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
