AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN THE
RECORDED PLAT OF HOCKING ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the north -south utility easement shown on the recorded
plat of Hocking Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and more
particularly described as follows:
All of that certain 20 foot utility easement between Lots One (1) and
Two (2), Block One (1), Hocking Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
