AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF MOON, SUN AND STAR DRIVES
IN NORD SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Moon Drive, a public street shown on the recorded plat
of Nord Subdivision, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more
particularly described as follows:
Moon Drive, from the west line of Hageman Avenue,
west to and including the cul-de-sac, in Nord
Subdivision to the City of Salina, Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That Sun Drive, a public street shown on the recorded plat
of Nord Subdivision, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more
particularly described as follows:
Sun Drive, from the west line of Hageman Avenue,
west to and including the cul-de-sac, in Nord
Subdivision to the City of Salina, Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 3. That Star Drive, a public street shown on the recorded plat
of Nord Subdivision, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more
particularly described as follows:
Star Drive, from the west line of Hageman Avenue,
west to and including the cul-de-sac, in Nord
Subdivision to the City of Salina, Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 4. That the above described streets, which are vacated by
this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with
K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
