AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ZONING
LOTS; AMENDING APPENDIX B, SECTION VI(E)(1) OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE
EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Appendix B, Section VI (E)(1) of the Salina Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Appendix B, Section VI (E). LOTS.
(1) The minimum dimensional requirements for residential lots
shall be those prescribed by the zoning regulations of the
City of Salina, and amendments thereto, in effect on the
date of final plat submittal."
Section 2. That the existing Appendix B, Section VI(E)(1) of the
Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
