8554 Mobile HomesORDINANCE NUMBER 8554 (Published in The Salina Journal11 s � q 1977) I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 21-1(3), 21-1(4), and 21-1(5) OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Section 21-1(3) of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 21-1(3). MobiZe home: Any moveable structure designed for occupancy as a residence, office, business, etc., which was not or cannot be determined to have been built in accordance with the Building Code of the City. This definition excludes any moveable structure which was designed for recreational purposes or not designed for permanent attachment to utilities." Section 2. That Section 21-1(4) of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 21-1(4). MobiZe home park or Court: An area, piece, parcel, tract, lot or plot of land, which is licensed by the City, and which is used or intended for occupancy by one or more mobile homes. This term does not include sales lots on which unoccupied mobile homes, whether new or used, are located for the purposes of storage, inspection, or sale." Section 3. That Section 21-1(5) of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 21-1(5). MobiZe home space (area unit): A plot of land within a mobile home park which can accommodate one mobile home and which provides the necessary utility services for water, sewerage and electricity." Section 4. That the existing Sections 21-1(3), 21-1(4), and 21-1(5) of the Salina Code are hereby repealed. Section 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
