AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 9-401, 9-402, and 9-404 OF THE SALINA
CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Sections 9-401, 9-402, and 9-404 of the Salina Code
are hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
