County, Kansas, and more particularly described as follows:
All of that certain twenty foot (20') utility easement, ten feet (10')
on the south side of Lots Four (4), Two (2) and Three (3), and ten
feet (10') on the north side of Lot Five (5), all in the Replat of the
West half of Block Ten (10), Riker Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the easement shown on the recorded plat of the Replat
of the East half of Block Ten (10), Riker Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, and more particularly described as follows:
All of that certain twenty foot (20') utility easement, ten feet (10')
on the south side of Lot Nine (9), and ten feet (10') on the north
side of Lot Ten (10), all in the Replat of the East half of Block Ten
(10), Riker Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of
Salina,
Kansas:
