RESOLUTION NUMBER 04-6131
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH LEE HAWORTH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR
INSTALLATION OF CENTER ISLANDS LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF PINE
CREST CIRCLE AND CEDAR RIDGE DRIVE AND TIMBER DRIVE AND CEDAR RIDGE
DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement with Lee
Haworth Construction Company, Inc. for installation of three (3) ornamental entrance islands to be
located at the intersections of Pine Crest Circle and Cedar Ridge Drive and Timber Drive and Cedar
Ridge Drive, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original license agreement
and retain according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
