AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THE PROCEDURE FOR NOTIFYING THE COMPLAINANT AND
RESPONDENT OF THE RESULT OF THE PUBLIC HEARING; AMENDING SECTION IlA-72(13) OF
THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
amended to read as follows:
"See. 11A-72(13). Both the complainant and respondent shall
within ten (10) days of completion of the public hearing be notified
by certified mail of the results of such hearing."
Section 2. That the existing Section 11A-72(13) of the Salina Code
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
