AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF COUNTRY HILLS COURT AND
COUNTRY HILLS TERRACE, PUBLIC STREETS IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That all of Country Hills Court in Country Hills Addition
Number 2 to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the north line of
Country Hills Road to the north end of the cul-de-sac, be and the same is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That all of Country Hills Terrace in Country Hills Addition
Number 2 to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the north line of
Country Hills Road to the north end of the cul-de-sac, be and the same is hereby
vacated.
Section 3. That the above named streets, which are vacated by this
ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with
K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
