AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A CERTAIN
EASEMENT IN BLOCK 3, REPLAT OF PART OF BLOCK 3, AND ALL OF BLOCKS 4 and 5,
SCHIPPEL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the East 3 feet of a 10 foot utility easement along
the west line of Lot 10, Block 3, in the Replat of Part of Block 3 and all of
Blocks 4 and 5, Schippel Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, be and
the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
