AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
IN NAZARENE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That all of the right-of-way of Jewell Avenue in Nazarene
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the east line of
Ohio Street to the east line of Nazarene Addition, be and the same is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That all of the right-of-way of an unnamed street in
Nazarene Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the southeast
corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Nazarene Addition to the northeast corner of Lot 1,
Block 1, Nazarene Addition, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 3. That the above named street rights-of-way, which are
vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owner in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
