AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A CERTAIN
EASEMENT IN LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK SIX (6), GEORGETOWN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the South two (2) feet of the utility easement on
Lot Twelve (12), Block Six (6), Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
