AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN BLOCKS
TWO (2) , FIVE (5) , SIX (6) , SEVEN (7) , EIGHT (8) , SIXTEEN (16) , GEORGETOWN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the 50 foot oil pipeline easements shown on the
recorded plat of Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas,
and more particularly described as follows:
All of that certain fifty foot (50') oil pipeline easement in Lot
Seven (7), Block Two (2); Block Five (5); Lots Six (6), Eleven (11)
and Twelve (12), Block Six (6); Lots Three (3) and Six (6), Block
Seven (7); Lots Two (2), Four (4), Six (6), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten
(10), Block Eight (8); Lots One (1) and Thirty-nine (39), Block
Sixteen (16), All in Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas
be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
