AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, INCLUDING LAND DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE NUMBERS 8537, 8538, 8564, 8579,
8592, 8593, 8600, 8606, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 8524.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in
the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the same are hereby extended to include territory added to, taken into,
and made a part of said city under the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance
Number 8524, and that all of the land lying within the following described
boundaries be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits,
herein defined as:
I. Beginning at the section corner common to Sections
Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23), Twenty-six (26),
Twenty-seven (27), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range
Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian;
2. Thence north on the west line of Section Twenty-three
(23) to a point one thousand nine hundred ninety-five
and one hundredth feet (1,995.01') south of the northeast
corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section
Twenty-two (22);
3. Thence west to a point two hundred forty feet (2401)
west and one thousand nine hundred ninety-six and
sixty-one hundredths feet (1,996.611) south of the
northeast corner of Section Twenty-two (22);
