AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN
MOUNT BARBARA PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of Mount
Barbara Park Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Lot Eight (8),
Mount Barbara Park Addition that is three (3) feet east
of the northwest corner of said lot Eight (8); thence
westerly along the north line of said Lot Eight (8) to the
northwest corner of said Lot Eight (8); thence westerly
along the north line of Lot Nine (9), Mount Barbara Park
Addition to a point that is three (3) feet west of the
northeast corner of said Lot Nine (9); thence south along
a line parallel to the east line of said Lot Nine (9) to
the south line of said Lot Nine (9); thence east along
the south line of said Lots (9) and Eight (8) a distance
of six (6) feet; thence north along a line parallel to the
west line of said Lot Eight (8) to the point of beginning.
Said tract contains 0.02 acres, more or less
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
