ORDINANCE NUMBER

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, IN
CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519 to 12-526, INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit:
A tract of land in the North half of the Southeast Quarter (N/2 SE/4)
of Section Nineteen (19), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2)
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, being
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The North 330 feet of the South 840 feet of said ^•forth half of the
Southeast Quarter (N/2 SE/4) which lies east of the Smoky Hill River
at low water mark except the following tract:
1. Beginning at the northeast corner of said North 330 feet, thence
West along the north line of said North 330 feet, 300 feet;
2. Thence south and parallel with the east line of said Southeast
Quarter, 145 feet;
3. Thence east and parallel with said north line of said North 330
feet, 300 feet to said East Line, Southeast Quarter (SE/4);
4. Thence north along said East line of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4)
145 feet to the point of beginning.
(Also known as Frisbie Acres)
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A.
12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
