AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, INCLUDING LAND DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE NUMBERS 8620 and 8678, AND REPEALIN
ORDINANCE NUMBER 8610.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in
the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the same are hereby extended to include territory added to, taken into,
and made a part of said city under the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance
Numbers 8620 and 8678, and that all land lying within the following described
boundaries be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits,
herein defined as:
1. Beginning at the section corner common to Sections
Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23), Twenty-six (26),
Twenty-seven (27), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range
Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian;
2. Thence north on the west line of Section Twenty-three
(23) to a point one thousand nine hundred ninety-five and
one hundredth feet (1,995.01') south of the northeast
corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Twenty-
two (22);
3. Thence west to a point two hundred forty feet (240.0') west
and one thousand nine hundred ninety-six and sixty-one
hundredths feet (1,996.619 south of the northeast corner
of Section Twenty-two (22);
4. Thence northwesterly to a point six hundred ninety and

Section 3. That Ordinance Number 8610 be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
