8666 Vacate White AvenueORDINANCE NUMBER 8666 (Published in The Salina Journal b" obtf_S 1978) I AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF WHITE AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That White Avenue, a public street in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: All of that part of White Avenue which lies between the west right-of-way line of Broadway Boulevard and the east right-of-way line of Smithers Street be and the same is hereby vacated; provided, however, the City retains the utility easement described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Block A, Park West Addition to the City of Salina; thence West along the north line of said Block, 150.10 feet, thence North 40 feet, thence East 150.10 feet, thence South 40 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. That the above described portion of White Avenue, which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
