AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN BLOCK
4, ORIGINAL PLAT OF SCHIPPEL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the 14 foot utility easements shown on the original
recorded plat of Schippel Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
and more particularly described as follows:
All of the certain North and South, 14 foot utility easement between
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 11, Block 4, Schippel Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
All of the certain East and West. 14 foot utility easement between
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4, Schippel Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas.
All of the certain East and West, 14 foot utility easement between
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block 4, Schippel Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas
be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the utility easements hereby vacated shall revert to
the adjacent property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
