AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9-352(3) OF THE SALINA CODE, PERTAINING
TO REAR YARD FENCES AND HEDGES, AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-352(3) of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Sec. 9-352(3). Rear yard fences and hedges erected
along the rear property line may be of any class and height,
except as provided by Section 9-352(1) hereof."
Section 2. That the existing Section 9-352(3) of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
