AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3, TABLE 3A OF THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL
CODE, ENACTING SECTION 9-440.1 OF THE SALINA CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Salina Code is hereby amended by adding the
following section:
"Section 9-440.1. Amendment of Chapter 3, Table 3A of the Uniform
Mechanical Code
That Chapter 3, Table 3A of the Uniform Mechanical Code is
hereby amended by deleting Item 6."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
