8753 Zone Schilling SubdivisionORDINANCE NUMBER 8 (Published in The Salina Journal 1979) AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 36 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "P.D.D(FP)." PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, (FLOOD PLAIN). That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 36 of the Salina Code, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: A tract of land in Block 24, of the Schilling Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and also being in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 27, Township 14 South, Range 3 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, and more particularly described as follows: 1. Beginning at a point on the east right-of-way line of Centennial Road and 739.20 feet north of the south line of said quarter section; 2. Thence on a bearing of North zero degrees six minutes twenty-four seconds West (N 0°06'24" W) along the east right-of-way line of Centennial Road a distance of 912.16 feet; 3. Thence North Eighty-nine degrees forty-seven minutes thirty-six seconds East (N 89°47'36" E) a distance of 801.17 feet to a point on the east line of Section 27-14-3; 4. Thence South zero degrees fifty minutes forty-six seconds West (S 0°50'46" W) along the east line of said section a distance of 917.15 feet; 5. Thence North eighty-nine degrees forty-six minutes fifty- four seconds West (N 89°46'54" W) a distance of 786.30 feet back to the point of beginning. shall become a part of District "P.D.D.(FP)" PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (FLOOD PLAIN). That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in Ordinanc Number 8526, the same being Chapter 36 of the Salina Code, with reference to the PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (FLOOD PLAIN), and in addition thereto shall be subject to the following conditions, to -wit: 1. Approval is subject to the approved Preliminary Development Plan which is on file in the City Clerk's Office and is incorporated herein by reference. Section 2.
