AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9-163 OF THE SALINA CODE, ESTABLISHING
PERMIT FEES; AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-163 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 9-163. Permit fees established.
Electrical permit fees will be collected from the electrical
four hundred amps ----------------------------- 10.00
Each service entrance four hundred amps to
eight hundred amps ---------------------------- 12.50
Each service entrance above eight hundred amps ---------- 15.00
Each temporary pole service ----------------------------- 3.00
Electric range ------------------------------------------ .50
Each air conditioner ------------------------------------ .50
Each electric dryer ------------------------------------- .50
Not specified, per hour (2 hour minimum) ---------------- 15.00
Section 2. That the existing Section 9-163 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
