AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE FEES REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN APPLICATIONS;
AMENDING SECTION 27-4 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 27-4 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 27-4. Application fees.
Every application for a zoning certificate, occupancy
certificate and variance, conditional use permit, filing of a
notice of appeal, map amendment (rezoning), zoning text amendment,
preliminary or final plat approval, annexation, street name
change or any other request or application to the planning
commission shall be accompanied by the following fees:
Type of Application
Map Amendment (rezoning)
Text Amendment
Conditional Use Permit (exception)
Appeal
Variance
Occupancy Certificate
Zoning Certificate (sign permit)
Planned Development District:
Preliminary Development Plan
Final Development Plan (Each geographic
area requested)
Subdivisions:
Preliminary Plat (rounded to nearest whole
dollar)
Final Plat
Street Name Changes
Annexations
All other requests to planning commission
Fee

Section 2. That the existing Section 27-4 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
