AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, IN
CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519 TO 12-526, INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit:
A tract of land in Sections Nineteen (19) and Thirty (30),
Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
1. Beginning at a point on the north line of the south half
(S4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW -I,) of said Section
Nineteen (19) that is three hundred thirty feet (330')
west of the northeast corner of the south half (S-�,) of
said Northwest Quarter (NW -I,);
2. Thence southwesterly to a point that is three hundred
fifty feet (350') west and one hundred feet (100') south
of the northeast corner of the south half (S4) of said
Northwest Quarter (N144);
3. Thence southeasterly to a point that is fourteen feet
(14') west and six hundred sixty-eight feet (668') north
of the southeast corner of the south half (S4) of said
Northwest Quarter (NW -1,);
4. Thence north a distance of sixty-four feet (64');
5. Thence southeasterly to a point that is six hundred
seventy-eight feet (678') east and two hundred feet
(200') south of the northwest corner of the Southeast
Quarter (SE-',) of said Section Nineteen (19);
6. Thence southeasterly to a point that is eight hundred

7. Thence southeasterly to a point on the north line of the
south half (SZ) of said Southeast Quarter (SE4) that is

(Said tract contains 33 acres, more or less)
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A.
12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That all the property described in Section 1 hereof shall
be classed as lying in District "A-1", AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
