8731 Levy AssessmentsORDINANCE NUMBER 8731 (Published in The Salina Journal.AAust Z3 1979) AN ORDINANCE LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST CERTAIN LOTS AND PIECES OF PROPERTY TO PAY THE COST OF CUTTING WEEDS ON CERTAIN LOTS AND PARTS OF LOTS AND THE PARKWAYS ABUTTING THEREON IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That there be and there is hereby levied and assessed against each of the lots and parts of lots hereinafter described, pursuant to Section 15-44 of the Salina Code, a special tax or assessment for the purpose of paying the cost of cutting weeds on certain lots and parts of lots and on the parkways in front of the same or abutting thereon, from August 1, 1978 to July 31, 1979, said weeds having
