8730 Abolish Bicenter Authority(Published in The Salina Journal AUGjU 5f 23 1979)
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE VIII OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE SALINA CODE,
THE SAME BEING SECTION 2-206 THROUGH SECTION 2-216, INCLUSIVE, PERTAINING TO THE
SALINA BICENTENNIAL AUTHORITY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Article VIII of Chapter 2 of the Salina Code, the
same being Section 2-206 through Section 2-216, inclusive, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
