ORDINANCE NUMBER

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, IN
CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519 TO 12-526, INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit:
A tract of land located in Lot One (1), Surveyor's Plat Fifty-three
(53) in Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
1. Beginning at a point that is six hundred twenty-three feet (6231)
south of the northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter (SE4SW'4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township
Thirteen (13) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian in Saline County, Kansas;
2. Thence East one hundred fifty-four feet (1541);
3. Thence South fifty feet (501);
4. Thence East one hundred twenty feet (1201);
5. Thence South one hundred fifty-two feet (1521) to the south line
of Lot One (1), said Surveyor's Plat 53.-

6. Thence West along the south line of said Lot One (1) a distance
of two hundred seventy-four feet (2741);
7. Thence North two hundred two feet (2021) to the point of beginning.
Said tract contains 1.32 acres, more or less.
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A.
12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That all the property described in Section 1 hereof shall
be classed as lying in District "RS(FP)II, RESIDENTIAL SUBURBAN (FLOOD PLAIN).
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
