AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
IN MORRISON'S FOURTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That all of the right-of-way of Morrison Avenue in Morrison'
Fourth Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the west line
of Montrose Street to the east right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad
Tracks, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above named street right-of-way, which is vacated
by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance
with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
