8713 LoiteringORDINANCE NUMBER 8713 (Published in The Salina Journal MG y 1"7 1979) AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING LOITERING BY PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE IN OR ABOUT PLACES SELLING CEREAL MALT BEVERAGES AND EXCLUDING CERTAIN SPECIFIED AREAS FROM THE PROVISIONS THEREOF; AMENDING SECTION 6-55 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Section 6-55 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 6-55. Loitering by persons under 18. No person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall enter into or loiter about any place of business selling cereal malt beverages; Provided, that such restriction shall not apply to the premises of a retailer who sells cereal malt beverages for consumption off his premise only, or to places where the major income is from the sale of food for consumption on the premises, or a premise for which bowling alley license has been issued by the City of Salina, Kansas, for the current year, or the Salina Bicentennial Center." Section 2. That the existing Section 6-55 of the Salina Code is hereby repealed. Section 3.
