AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, IN
CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519 to 12-526, INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit:
Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13), Village of Loretto,
Saline County, Kansas
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A.
12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, are hereby annexed and made a part of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That all the property described in Section 1 hereof shall
be classed as lying in District "RS", RESIDENTIAL SUBURBAN DISTRICT.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
