AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN BLOCK
5, TWIN OAKS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the West ninety feet (90') of the Twenty foot (20')
utility easement located between Lots One (1) and Forty (40), and between
Twenty (20) and Twenty-one (21), all in Block Five (5), Twin Oaks Subdivision to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
