AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN BLOCK
4, IN THE REPLAT OF SCHIPPEL ADDITION, BLOCKS 4, 5, AND PART OF 3.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of the Replat
of Blocks 4, 5, and part of 3, Schippel Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, and more particularly described as follows:
All of that certain twenty foot (209 utility easement, ten feet
(109 on the south side of Lots 2 and 3; and ten feet (10') on
the north side of Lot 4, Block 4, Replat of Blocks 4, 5, and
part of 3, Schippel Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
