AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF FIVE (5) FEET OF BUILDING
SETBACK REQUIREMENT IN PART OF BLOCK 4, REPLAT OF BLOCKS 4, 10, 11, 12, GEORGE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That five feet (5') of the building setback requirements
on the recorded plat of Block 4 in the Replat of Blocks 4, 10, 11, 12, Georgetown
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and more particularly
described as follows:
That five feet (5') of the setback requirements in Block 4, Replat of
Blocks 4, 10, 11, 12, Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, along Village Lane, Georgetown Road and
Pheasant Lane only
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newsnaper.
