AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN BLOCK
4, OF THE REPLAT OF BLOCKS 4, 10, 11, 12, GEORGETOWN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of the Replat
of Blocks 4, 10, 11, 12, Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, and more particularly described as follows:
All of that certain twenty foot (20') utility easement, ten
feet (10') on the south side of Lots 1 and 2; and ten feet (109
on the north side of Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 4, Replat of
Blocks 4, 10, 11 and 12, Georgetown Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
