AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF AN EAST -WEST
ALLEY IN BRISTOL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That a portion of a fifteen foot East and West alley,
abutting Lots 6, 9 and 10, Bristol Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, from the west line of Tenth Street to the west line of Lot 9, Bristol
Addition, be and the same is hereby vacated, provided however, the City retains
the alley for use as a utility easement.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert to the adjacent
property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
