AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN LOT 1,
BLOCK 1, REPLAT OF A REPLAT OF LOTS 1 AND 5 through 14, BLOCK 1, COUNTRY HILLS
ADDITION NUMBER TWO TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the twenty foot (20') utility easement beginning at
a point that is 14.65 feet west and 20 feet south of the southeast corner of
Block One (1), Country Hills Addition Number One to the City of Salina, Kansas;
thence S 00°00' W a distance of 20 feet; thence N 00°00' E a distance of 128
feet; thence N 90°00' E a distance of twenty feet to the point of beginning, be
and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the twenty foot (20') utility easement beginning at a
point that is 15.47 feet west and 10.00 feet south of the southeast corner of
Lot 2, Block 1, Country Hills Addition Number Two to the City of Salina, Kansas;
thence S 17°30'33" W a distance of 100.78 feet; thence N 72°29'27" W a distance
of 20.00 feet; thence N 17°30'33" E a distance of 21.06 feet to the point of
beginning, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
