AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 401(a)2 OF THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE,
ENACTING SECTION 9-205.3 OF THE SALINA CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-205.3 of the Salina Code is hereby enacted
to read as follows:
'Section 9-205.3. Amendment of Section 401(a)2 of the Uniform
Plumbing Code
That Section 401(x)2 of the Uniform Plumbing Code as adopted by
the City of Salina, Kansas, is hereby amended to read as follows:
'ABS or PVC installations limited to those structures where
combustible construction is allowed'."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
