81-8865 Adopt 1982 BudgetORDINANCE NUMBER 81 - (Published in The Salina Journal 1� , 1981) AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING, ADOPTING AND APPROPRIATING, BY FUND, THE BUDGET OF THE CITY FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1982. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. The proposed budget and financial statement as shown on standard state budget forms and subsequent to notice of hearing and public hearing is approved, adopted and appropriated, by fund, as the maximum amounts to be expended for the budget year starting January 1, 1982; and Section 2. The Board of Commissioners certifies that the amounts shown to be raised by ad valorem property tax levies are within statutory or duly adopted charter ordinance limitations.
