AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF POST OAK LANE
AND REDBUD COURT, PUBLIC STREETS IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN BLOCKS THREE (3) AND
EIGHT (8), TWIN OAKS II SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That all of that portion of Post Oak Lane which lies east
of Carolina Drive, which is adjacent to Lots Seven (7) through Sixteen (16),
Block Three (3), Twin Oaks II Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That all of Redbud Court which lies south of Burr Oak
Lane, which is adjacent to Lots Two (2) through Twelve (12), Block Eight (8),
Twin Oaks II Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and
the same is hereby vacated.
Section 3. That the ten foot (10') utility easement lying between
Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), and between Lots Nineteen (19) and Twenty
(20), Block Three (3), Twin Oaks II Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 4. That the twenty foot (20') utility easement lying between
Lots Thirteen (13) through Sixteen (16) and Lots Seventeen (17) through
Twenty-one (21), Block Three (3), Twin Oaks II Subdivision to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 5. The ten foot (10') utility easement lying west of and
parallel to the 16.5' telephone easement on Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12),
Thirteen (13), and Twenty-one (21), Block Three (3), Twin Oaks II Subdivision to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 6. That the ten foot (10') utility easement lying between Lot
Nine (9) and Lot Ten (10), Block Eight (8), Twin Oaks II Subdivision to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.

Section 7.

Section 10. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
