81-8856 Zone Plaza Addition(Published in The Salina Journal July6AL 1985) ORDINANCE NUMBER 81-8856 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 42 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain property therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT C-3. SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (NES) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly described as follows: All of Hurd Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, except the following tract: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section Twenty-six (26); thence South zero degrees twenty minutes twenty-five seconds East (SO020125"E) along the east line of said Section Twenty-six (26) a distance of seven hundred twenty (720.00) feet; thence North ninety degrees zero minutes zero seconds West (N9000010011W) a distance of two hundred thirteen and forty-eight hundredths (213.48) feet; thence South zero degrees four minutes fifteen seconds East (SO00411511E) a distance of one hundred fifty (150.00) feet to the point of beginning; thence North ninety degrees zero minutes zero seconds East (N9000010011E) a distance of one hundred fifty (150.00) feet; thence South zero degrees four minutes fifteen seconds East (SO00411511E) a distance of one hundred ninety-eight and fifty-five hundredths (198.55) feet; thence South ninety degrees zero minutes zero seconds West (S9000010011W) a distance of one hundred fifty (150.00) feet; thence North zero degrees four minutes fifteen seconds West (NO00411511W) a distance of one hundred ninety-eight and fifty-five hundredths (198.55) feet to the point of beginning. shall become a part of District C-3. SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT, that the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, with reference to the SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT.
