AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF PORTION OF A CERTAIN
EASEMENT IN THE RECORDED PLAT OF PLATTEN SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of the north -south utility easement shown
on the recorded plat of Platten Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Lot Six (6),
Block One (1), Platten Subdivision to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas that is ten feet (10') east of the
northwest corner of said Lot Six (6); thence south along
a line that is parallel to the west line of said Lot Six (6)
a distance of seventy-seven feet (77`); thence east along a
line that is parallel to the south line of said Lot Six (6)
a distance of ten feet (10'); thence north along a line that
is parallel to the west line of said Lot Six (6) a distance
of seventy-seven feet (77') to the north line of said Lot
Six (6); thence west along the north line of said Lot Six (6)
a distance of ten feet (101) to the point of beginning
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
