AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF SEVENTH STREET,
A PUBLIC STREET IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of right-of-way of Seventh Street, in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
The East ten feet (10') of Seventh Street from the south line of
Lincoln Avenue to the south line of Lot 7, Block 9, Calkins
Addition extended, adjacent to Lots 1 through 7, Block 9, Calkins
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
Section 2. That the above named portion of Seventh Street, which is
vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
