AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF SAL.INA, KANSAS, IN
CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519 TO 12-526, INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit::
A tract of land in the East Half (E 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter
(NW/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline
County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
The north six hundred (600) feet of the East Half (E 1/2)
of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4).
Said tract of land contains 18.2 acres, more or less., including State
Highway right-of-way and county road right-of-way.
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A.
12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
