AN ORDINANCE NAMING A STREET AND DESCRIBING ITS LOCATION WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Coachlight Lane is located and described as follows:
A frontage road located along the north side of Interstate District
Southwest of 1-70, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
Beginning at the west right-of-way line of North Ninth Street, thence
west and northwest along the existing frontage road to the northwest
corner of Lot 3, Tract 2, Interstate District Southwest of 1-70, an
addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Section 35, Township 13
South, Range 3 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, said point
being North 00°04' East a distance of 1,278.04 feet from the southeast
corner of said Section 35;
Thence North 89°56' West a distance of 21.89 feet;
Thence North 83°20'39" West a distance of 109.23 feet;
Thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 72.00 feet, an arc
distance of 71.91 feet, said curve having a long chord of 68.95 feet
and a bearing of North 54°43'56" West;
Thence North 26°07'14" West a distance of 19.81 feet;
Thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 200.00 feet, an arc
distance of 115.76 feet, said curve having a long chord of 114.15 feet
and a bearing of North 43°42'08" West;
Thence North 59°17' West a distance of 551.35 feet;
Thence North 80014' West a distance of 97.98 feet to a point which is
North 00°00' East a distance of 40.59 feet from the northwest corner
of Lot 3, Tract 2, Interstate District Southwest of 1-70, an addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
