ORDINANCE NUMBER 04-10236
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SALINA CODE BY REPEALING CHAPTER
16 PERTAINING TO FOOD AND FOOD HANDLERS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Chapter 16 of the Salina Code pertaining to Food and Food Handlers is
hereby repealed and "Reserved".
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full effect from and after its adoption and
publication once in the official city newspaper.
