ORDINANCE NUMBER 04-10243
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A TEMPORARY
ROADWAY EASEMENT IN THE CEDAR RIDGE ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the completion and opening of Cedar Ridge Drive has eliminated the need
for keeping the former roadway for Cloud Street open to public traffic between the northeast corner
of the Elks Country Club and Marymount Road.
Section 2. That there are alternative means of access available to reach the Elks Country
Club and RiverRun Addition.
Section 3. That the temporary roadway easement on Lots One (1) through Nineteen (19)
and Tract "A" in Block One (1) of the Cedar Ridge Addition, to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated and full use of this property shall revert back to the
property owner subject to existing utility easements.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city newspaper.
