A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA AND THE ELKS HOME
ASSOCIATION OUTLINING CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND UNDERSTANDINGS
RELATING TO THE ANNEXTION OF A PORTION OF THE ELKS COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an annexation agreement
between the City of Salina and the Elks Home Association outlining certain conditions and
understandings relating to the annexation of a portion of the Elks Country Club, subject to the terms
and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
